Leading up to our 20th anniversary, we are hosting several smaller but very special events, while we get geared up for a big celebration next year.

Join us for a first-hand experience of the sheer magic of well-aged mature wines. Further, follow the evolution of our most sought-after collectable wines from not yet released vintage to recent release, middle-aged to fully mature wines. Our goal is to demonstrate the ageability of our wines and why cellaring is an important part of being a wine hobbyist. 

We’re unlocking our cellar and unveiling rare back vintages from Le Vieux Pin and LaStella Wineries! Over $2K worth of wine will be opened and poured, including selections from our most exciting small lot projects, both current vintages dating back to 2005! Explore verticals of our most sought-after wines, showcasing classic, hot, and cool vintages, allowing you to uncover your favorites and taste the nuances of each growing season.

We’ll also be popping the cork of our Cuvee Achile, a rare “super cuvee” crafted to withstand the test of time. Achile is a wine that is meant to age for 20+ years or more.

As you savor these exceptional wines, cleanse your palate with light snacks including cheeses, freshly baked bread, and ultra-premium olive oil.
