2018 Artakama Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a smooth and fruity wine with a touch of earth and some kitchen herb notes. In this vintage, tannins are low, and acid is in medium balance. There is no sense of heat since it is only 13% alcohol by volume. This wine was fermented and aged in neutral barrels or puncheons that are French Oak in origin. No heating or cooling or any other means of extraction was used either – this wine is unfined, unfiltered, and unstabilized. It is a wine that you can readily open on a weeknight!
